LaShonda Hughes Vehicle Fund

My heart is heavy this morning for a single mom of 5 that I and many others have been helping get back and forth to work and church for months. Her transmission went out in June and she hasn't had a vehicle due to the fact that she still owes 7 months payments on it and she only makes just over minimum wage. She worked 92 hours over the course of the last 2 weeks just trying to make $ to pay this vehicle off so she can get another one. Her son quarterbacks for his football team and she has not been able to go to one game due to not having a vehicle. Her kids walk to school most days and some days she walks for miles to bus stops and rides 2 different buses (leaving her house at 4:30 AM) to make it to her job by 7:00AM.
The point of this request is to ask you to prayerfully consider donating money to help her get a vehicle. PLEASE don't feel obligated or pressured. My heart was just heavy as I took her home last night and woke up with this on my mind and this may be a crazy thing to do (I'm known for doing crazy things) but if you feel led at all to donate towards her car find ($5 or $10 or anything) please donate here.
