Hello, my name is Matthew I am making this fundraiser so we as a family can give my dad the send off he deserves. My dad was a loving and caring man. he loved his wife Karen, myself and my brother Chris. He loved his 5 beautiful grandkids Lucas, Lucy-may, dylan, Logan-jay and Amelia-lily. He loved his dog Tyson who never left his side. He went into hospital On the 5th of August with pneumonia to find out he was in heart failure. he fought so hard and was so brave for 19 days to get home and he did. But on the 6th day of being home my Mum had to call 999 as he was showing all the same symptoms as before and got rushed back in to hospital To find out he had the pneumonia back, this time he had two hills to climb we were up the hospital each day. On Saturday 31st August my mum got a call at 6:12 in the morning to tell us to get up there as he was deteriorating and it didn't look good. my Mum rallied us all together and we spent the day with Dad watching him in and out of sleep and then at 21:15 he took his last breath with my mum holding him it's turned our world upside down so now we want to to give him the best send off we possibly can.
