SKS Waverunners Paddling for Amy!

Our faculty at St. Katharine of Siena School is all too familiar with the kindness and generosity of Amy Barnes. Now we have the opportunity to give back in a small way.
A devoted caregiver and role model within our community, Amy was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer. Due to her non-traditional employment benefits, her health insurance coverage is insufficient in covering her treatment. While she continues to battle each day, we can lend a hand by rallying around her and donating to her cause.
Our SKS faculty has entered a team in the Philadelphia Dragon Boat Festival - the SKS Waverunners. We've taken on this teambuilding effort not only for the memorable experience but to bring some attention to someone in need. We hope you will consider donating to help offset Amy's medical expenses or simply sending good vibes her way. As always, thank you for your continued generosity and feel free to come and cheer on the SKS Waverunners (or fish us out of the Schuylkill River after we fall in) on October 3rd!
