Daniel Flores

We are fundraising money to cover funeral costs and medical expenses for Daniel Flores.

Daniel Flores passed away on January 21, 2024 at the age of 55 after complications from a stroke. Daniel, or as most people lovingly called him, Danny, was the first born son and apple of mother, Leticia Flores' eye. Son of the late Eliseo "Sonny" Flores Jr.. Brother to Annette, Eliseo "Papo" Flores III and Jorge Salas. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Donny, Nicholas, Gabrielle, Cristian Ruiz and Lorenzo, Cassandra and Alexa Flores.

His family extended far beyond into a great community of those who loved him. He was a brother to those in the ACTS Catholic religious organization and member of the San Felipe Lions Club.

Danny had a great love of Tejano music and created relationships and traveled far to help many bands with their concerts.

But perhaps what he took most pride in was being coach to the Ponies youth football team for 21 years. Though he didn't have children, he loved and cared for these children as if they were his own.

Through his love and humor Danny was able to create great bonding relations with people everywhere. He had a genuine interest in learning details of people's lives and demonstrated concern for what they may be going through.

Danny created a very large and far reaching family.

He will truly be missed.
