Support a Family's Journey to Recovery

here is an update for this amazing and resilient family. The community has come together and has offer aid in a financial way, by donating items, and even by getting them an Airbnb for the next five days. We are still currently working on a rental in the same community that they lived in so that the children can still ride the bus to school and stay with a new environment. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you stepping up to help this family. I can tell you that they are grateful beyond means, however, your support is still greatly appreciate it. There are two different GoFundMe pages. I just wanted to make sure that everybody realizes that and that both of them are very legitimate. One of my closest friends experienced a devastating house fire last night. It was caused by their golf cart, and by the grace of God, she and her six children—ranging from ages 2 to 18—managed to escape safely. She lives in Wellington, and unfortunately, they lost everything inside the home. It will likely take up to a year for the rebuilding process to be completed.

Despite the home being uninhabitable, she still has to cover her mortgage, HOA fees, and other expenses as well a new housing. We are actively looking for a new place for her family to live for the next year and to keep her kids in their Wellington schools. They are in need of support with essential items as well living cost.

This is a family that never asks for help and is always the first one to give if someone is in need.
