Hi, my name is Jorge Bishop and I am raising funds to travel to Kenya in 2024 with Camps International who have been tackling global challenges on a local scale for the last 20 years.
The projects support the UN Sustainable Development Goals, working towards tackling global challenges on a local scale. The projects focus on eight key areas of sustainable development:
- Housing and Welfare
- Food and Water Security
- Healthcare and sanitation
- Education and training
- Sustainable livelihoods
- Wildlife conservation
- Environmental protection
- Animal welfare
I am passionate about these projects and to make a difference by helping the communities in Kenya would be a life changing experience. Also through my fundraising journey, I hope to raise awareness of the global issues we will be tackling.
