Nalo's road to recovery
Donation protected
Aloha e kakou,
As many of you may know, Our brother with the biggest heart went through a quadruple bypass open heart surgery on Sept. 17th, Thank God, after almost 9hrs of surgery it was a success. He has been released from the hospital and is doing well with recovery. The doctors are saying that he will need roughly 6months before going back to work. We are so thankful that he recognized something was wrong and went in for immediate attention, or else we may not have him here with us today. He has a long road to recovery and we all know how hard of a worker Nalo is, He supports his wife and son fully and will not be able to temporarily as he recovers. As we all know, from being friends or ohana with Nalo, Aloha and baby Kaleiwohi, this little ohana gives so much to all of us- they give love and support and do selfless acts of kindness that is shown through their Aloha spirit daily, They are there when we are in need and we are asking for your prayers and support in helping them get through this tough time, for a ohana that would not ask for help, I am asking for them.
The next 6 months is going to be a challenge for them, but with all of our help and support they can do it! Nalo is starting his cardiac rehabilitation which will be a 6 week program, he is on a restricted diet with restricted capabilities while he is healing. Aloha is by his side and assisting him on his road to recovery and our little big guy, Kaleiwohi is striving at school and is by his Dad's side. Please, lets help them and lift some stress off their shoulders. Bills do not stop, no matter the reason. If you are able to help and donate some funds to their situation, that is so amazing and appreciated. If you aren't, that's ok too, your still amazing and please send prayers. We know, all of us are going through something of our own and Nalo & Aloha are not the kind of people that would even ask for help, but what makes us Ohana is by helping each other when we are in need.
Of course, They will be applying for state assistance as well and have exhausted all other options. if can, great! If not , No worries, we know ke Akua has his blessing over all of us and will provide!
please feel free to reach out to them directly to make other arrangements as well!
