Hello All My name is Pat Simms. I am 31 years old and I am an energy healer who lives in a small town called Austintown Ohio. I would like to start by saying. Thank you for visiting this site. I would also like to say I am not injured, my family is healthy. I have a great job, and I absolutely love life. If for any reason this does not work out as planned, I am fortunate to continue my life without skipping a beat. That’s something many others cannot say on this website. I have been blessed with a big heart, and as a result it is both a gift and a curse.
My hear has been pressing me to create something inspiring and positive and meaningdul in which more than one family or person could be rewarded. Something like a ripple effect in a vast ocean, not just water floating down the stream. As a result I decided to turn to GoFundMe, because in my opinion it’s one of the best things on the internet when it comes to kindness and generosity. The video detailing my entire story of this vision is provided at the top . This idea can definitely help anyone who chooses to participate. I truly believe I have created something out of the norm and I have faith that you see as much value in it as I do to support. I do have another story to tell to let you know how I got to this point. One day about 7 months ago I was driving to work and passed a local Wal-Mart. There was a guy holding a sign with a bucket on the side of the road, I figured it was a homeless guy, I tend to help out anyone I see anytime I see them because, well. You never know! I hopped out to hold a conversation and hear his story. Come to find out he wanted to put a new roof on his house. He said to me "I work down the street at a local hardware store, I come down here everyday on my meal break. People assume I'm homeless and they simply turn the other way. You are actually the first person to take the time to come out of the comfort of their car to talk to me." He continued “What about people who just simply don’t make enough? We make too much for government assistance, however we can never get ahead to put a roof on our house." He continued "I don't have family or friends, who live around here who can help afford to put on a roof, so here I am turning to my neighbors. What ever happened to love thy neighbor?"
I said I would tell this story, who knew it could lead to something so amazing!
