Nancy Brown Medical Fund -13 year old Fighter!

This Christmas, 13 year old Nancy had a relatively innocent fall which most teens would have bounced back from. Her pain continued and Mom took her to the ER to get a professional look at her arm. Unfortunately, every mother’s worst nightmare was confirmed with an MRI which revealed multiple tumors. Her bone didn’t break from the force of stumbling into a counter top, it fractured at the fragile edge of a 6 cm tumor. One of many in her small body. Presumably osteosarcoma which has spread to other organs.

Nancy has much ahead of her. She has been referred to Shands Pediatric Oncology which is 2 1/2 hours from home. Nancy and Mom will travel back and forth in hopes of a care plan leading to a cure.

Friends are hoping to raise funds to relieve some of the financial stress of whatever lies ahead. Whatever the path, we are hoping to help soften it.
