Nancy York Cancer Battle

At the beginning of February 2019, my mom, Nancy York, was diagnosed with throat and neck cancer in her neck. By March, they started chemo and radiation treatments that have left her unable to make it through a work day ... and sometimes not even able to go in at all. 


My mom is a fighter, though! With unbreakable, unshakeable faith, she has faced this challenge head-on, with the support of her friends and family.


Then, this morning at 3 am, a drunk driver put his pickup through the front of my parents’ home. The truck tore off the front room, half of the living room, and my mom’s closet. Countless family heirlooms, priceless photographs, furniture, and home decor were destroyed. Just a few feet from this path of devastation lay my parents fast asleep, and we very easily could have had a much more tragic ending to this story.


My parents are now facing the expense of rebuilding their home, medical bills piling up, and Mom is facing continued leave from work at reduced or no pay. We are asking our family and friends to help in any way they can by donating through this page!
