Nancy’s Cancer, Chemo, Ortho Surgery! oh My!

Everyone who knows Nancy, loves her! Her sisters lovingly call her “The Funny One.” In Nov. 2022, Nancy was diagnosed with cancer and soon after underwent surgery. That would be financial strain enough for anyone, but continued to work through her round of chemo to keep the income. Can you imagine? She’s amazingly strong. Nance suffered another blow. Right before starting radiation, Nancy fell and fractured her knee.

In addition to being forced to miss work (because, you know, nurses have to be able to walk. Go figure), Nancy has to have emergency surgery to correct the fracture.

No one would ever claim she’s not a hard worker. As much as she would love to be super woman, she needs the help right now so she can focus on starting radiation and kicking this cancer in the ass.
