Nancy's run for Equine Dreams

This is the first year I am running the Chicago Marathon! It has been a goal of mine to participate for many years and I am thrilled to run on behalf of an organization that I deeply care about, Equine Dreams. Horses have been a part of my life for many years, where I volunteer with quarter horses in therapeutic horseback riding and see first hand of the positive impact that horses have on an individual.

Please help me support a small volunteer run therapeutic riding center that provides free services to children, adults and Veterans in Northern Illinois.

Equine Dreams is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides Therapeutic Equine Assisted Services to children and adults with special needs. Therapeutic riding uses equine assisted services for the purpose of contributing positively to the physical, cognitive, emotional and social well-being of individuals with disabilities. Equine Dreams is volunteer run, and donation driven. Every dollar raised goes towards providing free sessions to those with special needs.
