Nanette Halvorson

On the night of April 30th  my beautiful sister in law , Nanette Halvorson,  suffered from a Subarachnoid Hemorrhage (SAH) which is a life-threatening type of stroke caused by bleeding into the space surrounding the brain.  This is due to a ruptured aneurysm. 
She was brought to Essentia Health by ambulance from their home then flown to United Hospital in St. Paul,MN. 

Nan is an amazing women who is loved by many.  She is married to my brother, Erik Halvorson, has a son Kyle, daughter in law Ashley and beautiful one year old granddaughter Destiny.  Nan’s mom Arlene, dad George, sister Tina, brother in law Scott, brother George have all been by her side. 

There are many family members and friends that are with Nan in spirit, visiting, and are praying for her. 

Please pray for Nan and consider donating to her Go Fund Me page.  There are difficult times ahead with  medical bills that will be approaching, hotel and food for family that would like to be with her and live three plus hours from the hospital, as well as everyday life expenses at home.   

The anticipated time  frame that Nan will be at United Hospital  is at least  three weeks. Then rehab which may be in the Twin Cities area before she is able to rehab closer to home. 

Nan is a tough cookie and there is no doubt that she will fight hard to get better.
