Nantwich Town FC - Keane's ACL Reconstruction Surgery

Hi there, I'm Keane and I have played football since I was 8 years old. I love playing football it's my number one passion!

After a successful first season at Nantwich Town FC, in which I was awarded both Top Goal Scorer of the season as well as NTISA player of the season, I am unable to play the sport I love until I have had ACL Reconstruction Surgery to fix my torn ACL that I injured in the Cup final and last game of the 23/24 season.

We have tried going through the NHS but with the waiting list so long I could miss out on 2 seasons of football before I'm fit again! Hopefully you can help support me in getting surgery privately so I can get back on the pitch, scoring goals ASAP!

It is a hefty sum of money for this procedure so would greatly appreciate any money you could donate <3

Breakdown in price:

£9,100 - ACL reconstruction surgery costs (including Anaesthesia)

£3,300 - Suspected Mencius damage that they will fix during same surgery.

(This price doesn't include other fees for Physio therapy or consultation costs)
