#NapaStrong - Let's Help Napa!
Tax deductible
For the last nine years Napa Valley and the surrounding areas have welcomed Live In The Vineyard with open arms. Wine makers, Chefs, Artisans, Business owners, residents, and everyone in between, have become our family and made us feel at home amongst the lush scenery that is now being so devastatingly affected by these fires.
Join us to raise funds for the Napa Valley Community Foundation (NVCF) to help keep #NapaStrong! All of the net proceeds from this campaign will be donated to NVCF to help a community that has done so much for us for so many years and is now struggling. Every little bit helps!
In the days ahead, NVCF will be convening decision-makers from the nonprofit sector and local government to assess urgent needs, identify short term gaps and gather information that will inform longer-term recovery efforts. NVCF will do this work in collaboration with Napa Valley Community Organizations Active in Disaster (aka, the Napa Valley COAD). The Foundation will also distribute immediate response grants to a targeted list of local nonprofits that were pre-approved to receive such grants following the 2014 earthquake. All of these nonprofits received intensive technical assistance from NVCF to boost their capacity to respond to events such as the fires now underway in Napa County.
Live In The Vineyard (www.liveinthevineyard.com) will be returning in November for our festival and we plan to help any way we can!
