Naphill & Walters Ash School - Year 6 Leavers

We are parents and volunteer organisers of this years Naphill & Walters Ash School Year 6 Leaver arrangements.

Every year our local community comes together to support our Year 6 children as they move on from our excellent village school and make their transition into secondary school, and in past years have been incredibly lucky to receive donations and sponsorship from local businesses, such as yourselves.

We are writing to ask if you would consider a donation or sponsorship towards this years leaving event, the children themselves voted for a "Pool Party" and we hope to provide a great send off, with memories that will stay with them forever. We do appreciate the current climate is tough for businesses and families alike, any donation no matter the size, would make a huge difference and be very gratefully received.

Donations could be monetary through this Go Fund Me page or through the provision of items such as decorations (we have an Amazon wish list), food/drink or similar items, we are also seeking sponsorship for a Photo Booth - all support would be massively appreciated.

Our local community magazine, The Gazette, have kindly offered to publish the names and logos of all the supporting businesses. We will also promote your business in all other communications linked to the leavers events such as social media and letters to parents.
