Narcissa's legal fund vs NYSP & ATF criminals

I'm Narcissa Nightshade, an AECA-licensed international broker and practicing Keeper of the Way of Mandalore.

I grew up on a cattle farm, hunting all my life, and joined my friends' LLC as the secretary and treasurer in late 2021, approved by the ATF on our military contractors license on 9/2/21. (Name was left out as it has a pew term in it and I don't want this banned, you'll inevitably see it in a forthcoming landmark case here). I took the phone calls and made sure the bills got paid on time, while my FFL partners legally transferred gear across 43 states. We promoted 2A for All and offered free gun safety training and Stop the Bleed courses at our private range on a property that's an old stop along the Underground Railroad complete with a secret underground tunnel escaping the tavern house.

My partners started their business battling homelessness with $700 in operating capital from a Covid stimulus check. When I joined up eight months later, they gave me equal ownership and were already partners with Tula Cartridge Works, their imports contract quickly kneecapped by Biden's ammo ban. On October 21st, 2021, we met the Russians in Miami at the Trump International Beach Resort to present them with a domestic manufacturing joint venture instead of an imports partnership, with our business holding controlling stock, working to fill the hole left by the ammo ban and get the People what they need to stay safe. I was busy working on finding a factory property, and if not for violent police interference in interstate commerce (a 1951 RICO conspiracy), we'd have 15+ new workers and be producing "TulAmerican" ammunition as we speak.

The LLC was raided in retaliation for not serving police over our objection to Qualified Immunity, militarization, brutality and enforcing unconstitutional laws, and I'm seeking legal representation to fight back for my violated civil rights (1st, 2nd, 4th and 14th), on behalf of the business for astronomical commercial damages, and on behalf of the People of NY who won't take this kind of behavior from their government anymore.

On Holocaust Remembrance Day 2022 (1/27), the ATF/NYSP used a Finger Lakes Railway train to set a trap along our route to the office and kidnapped me and my FFL partner off the street. They did not read my partner Miranda and we were strip searched and jailed while the cops robbed our home and business of everything of value far exceeding the scope of their warrant. They took the entire shop inventory, they even took my TV, and all of our tools, including those that allow us to fabricate our Mandalorian armor.

During the kidnapping/robbery, NYSP investigators documented themselves illegally manufacturing an "assault" AR on camera in our workshop, one investigator proudly displaying the fabricated evidence for their photographer. The action of manufacturing alone conjured three felonies: 922(a)(1), NYPL 265.10 and 25 CFR 11.440 Fabrication of Evidence.

Myself and my partner were charged with a collective 2 counts of CPW1 ("possession of an arsenal") and 114 counts of CPW3. My partner shelled out $25,000 for a defense attorney. On 8/18/22 the ATF sent 2 agents and 8 NYSP, all armed and armored, to enter my home without a warrant, stop me from calling my lawyer, and force me and my partner to sign unofficial paperwork and promising not to sue the agents for civil/commercial damages under threat of immediate arrest; we signed with "under duress, obviously". The ADA suppressed that bodycam footage as "unrelated" to our case and attempted to get the ATF restraining orders against us calling us "dangerous" and "sovereign citizens". These requests were absurd and denied. The Ontario DA maliciously pursued the case for over a year until it was dismissed, the Court citing in its Decision and Order that ATF/NYSP/Ontario County had committed 210.35 Sworn False Statements to a Grand Jury in the Second Degree about the LLC's licensing and 265.20 Exemption to SAFE act to even secure an indictment...

After this dismissal, the DA tried to reargue the case. It was dismissed for a second time a couple of weeks ago (I don't have that letter from the judge yet).

Their actions have personally violated my 1st, 2nd, 4th and 14th Amendments, but I'm looking to fight for all New Yorkers' rights: an assault on one of us is an assault on all of us! We were forced out of business for a year, halting us from serving our community and living out the tenets of our 501(c)3 recognized religion through providing education, safety training, the tools necessary for self and community defense, and acts of service and mutual aid. These cops need to answer for their crimes and abuses, and I'm hoping as a community we can use my and my friends' hardships to build up protections for all of our constitutional freedoms. No one should have to suffer abuses by the state like these, no exceptions.

As AECA dealers, their 1033 program armories are salable items for us, and we can avoid burden to the taxpayer by taking ownership of Bearcats, etc. We believe that military equipment should be in the hands of real soldiers like the brave Kurdish women out there hunting Daesh every day, not these corrupt blue line gangsters acting as an occupying army over the People.
