A queer musician in our scene (they wish to remain anonymous to protect their privacy during this difficult time) in Nashville survived a violent sexual assault at gunpoint and is in need of urgent financial assistance for medical bills, therapy, lost wages, safe housing (their home was involved), and time off to heal.

The serial r*pist is in custody, but we're sharing so folks, especially those in East Nashville, know to be careful when partying with strangers, even at a local bar you know. This was a group including other queer folks and they thought it was all good vibes till it wasn't. Stay safe ❤︎
