NASJA General Fund

Donations made to the NASJA General Fund will help us run our organization more equitably and effectively to provide more activities and events supporting social justice in our area. We aim to raise $1200 a year - only $100 a month. Any extra funds will be saved for future events.

Funds will be used for:

- Updating and maintaining our website

- Promotional materials (flyers, banners, ads in the paper, etc.)

- Activity materials (art projects, sign making, etc.)

- Event expenses (rental fees, licensing fees, etc.)

- Diverse books for libraries and schools

- Speaker and author honorariums

- Supplementing grants

- Legal and state fees in applying for formal non-profit status

Funds will NOT be used for:

- salaries or stipends for NASJA members

- supporting political candidates

- large expenses (we will continue to apply for grants)
