Giving Back: NYC Hospitality Worker’s Relief Fund

These are troubling times.  Like everyone else, we are concerned for the health and well being of our coworkers, our friends, and our families.  Likewise, we are also saddened by the economic impact that the Coronavirus is having on our community.

At Nassimi our level of involvement in the hospitality business is usually that we make beautiful and durable faux leathers and fabrics for seating.  We always take great pride when we see these used in our favorite neighborhood restaurants, bars, and fine dining establishments.   Most of these restaurants unfortunately had to shut their doors due to the virus, and many were forced to lay off employees.

It’s especially at times like these when we feel that we have to take care of our community, and give back to those that need it most.  Please contribute in any way that you can.  100% of the proceeds will be donated to support laid off restaurant workers in our community.

These are times when we must huddle together, even if we have to do so in a responsible, socially distant fashion.
