Natalie Collins

Hi,

I’m Kate Danilyuk. I started this page for my beautiful sister in law, Natalie and her family. Natalie was diagnosed with Stage 2 Triple Negative Breast Cancer which is an aggressive form of breast cancer on February 13th 2023. She has been fighting so hard ever since. She was started on a very strong form of chemo on March 16th.

Unfortunately Thursday June 1st Natalie began to feel very ill with high fevers and shortness of breath. They are still working her up for what exactly is going on but we do know she has blood clots in her lungs and at this point cannot receive the needed heparin due to her low platelet count. She’s also has had positive blood cultures but still trying to figure out the origin of infection.

Natalie, Justin and their two children who are 4 and 10 years old live far away from family and unfortunately make receiving any kind of support difficult.

Please consider donating to help with the time off Justin will need to take from work, medical bills and possibly something fun for the children to do this summer as their mother is very ill.
