Hi my name is Melissa, I’m Creating this account for a good friend of my name Tallia. Thursday night Talia was horrifically attacked and rundown by a car fleeing the crime scene. In this tragic moment she lost her leg, and may lose the other one also. She also has an arm broken in 10 places. Talia is an awesome person who would help anyone and give the shirt off of her back. She has 4 small children who need her support, she is in the hospital and will be for a long while. We are asking today for donations to help her keep supporting her kids and help with medical bills that are piling up. We greatly appreciate any and all help thank you. I am including the news story.

Nampa Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault (x2) and Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident (felony)

The Nampa Police Department has arrested Trevor Stebbins, 32, Nampa, for aggravated assault with a gun at a local business, followed by a hit and run injury crash, vehicle vs. pedestrian.

At 12:48 a.m. Nampa Dispatch received a call of a woman injured in the roadway near the Roller Drome, 19 10th Ave S. Upon arrival officers located an adult woman who had been struck by a vehicle and had obvious life-threatening injuries. Officers performed life-saving measures, along with Nampa Fire and Canyon County Paramedics, and the woman was transported to a local hospital. At our last update, she was in surgery. Her condition is not known.

After the crash, Stebbins fled on foot, and it is believed he was picked up by an acquaintance near 16th Avenue S. and 7th Street S. It is also believed that Stebbins discarded a handgun at some point between the crash scene and where he was picked up. We are asking community members to call Nampa Dispatch immediately if the discarded handgun is found. Please don’t touch the gun and call [phone redacted] option 2 immediately.

Upon further investigation, the suspect was identified, and officers discovered he was also involved in an aggravated assault with a gun at another business nearby.

Stebbins was located at a residence in the 1000 block of S. Banner. When he refused to come out, Nampa Police Special Operations Group was activated. After negotiating with the man and other family members, Stebbins eventually came out and was arrested without further incident.

The investigation is on-going.
