Natalie’s Medical Hope and Funeral-Memorial Fund

Thank you to for everyone who has sent love and prayers for natalie and my family. 

Natalie is still in seriously critical condition; physiologically her body is still on the brink of shutting down—they cannot stabilize her blood enzyme levels and although she hasn’t crashed she may never wake up. Countless doctors some who have been practicing for 40+ years have continued to tell us how astonished they are that she’s survived this long. They have never seen anyone as sick as she is and still alive in their entire lives. She survived her surgery but already the drs. are preparing us for the worse. She has suffered a traumatic brain injury and without life support sustaining her, she would cease to be alive.

But I cannot simply give up hope after only days in the hospital. Logically, I realize the severity my sister’s health poses. However, mentally, emotionally and spiritually I cannot help but attempt to cling to the tiny wisps of hope which seem just out of my reach. She has no health insurance and has been currently unemployed.

And so I plead with everyone: please, please continue to pray for my sister Natalie. Perhaps collectively our prayers can transform my tiny notion of hope into something more concrete, solid...real. It will take a true, spiritual miracle. And although it is not my place to judge for myself who is deserving of a miracle and who is not, I think my sister counts as someone who at least deserves a little extra consideration from that higher power above
