Natalie's Neuro Journey

Hello friends, family, and any other beautiful souls that come across this page,

As many of you know, Natalie was diagnosed with a rare neurodevelopmental disorder called PPP2R1A. She continues to have 5 therapies per week (PT/OT/Speech). Due to recent insurance changes, they have determined that they will only cover 20 visits PER YEAR for Natalie, but she has 20 visits per month. The financial (and emotional) strain this places on our family is heavy. We do not want to halt her progress in any way. We are still advocating to insurance the medical necessity of Natalie's therapies, but in the meantime, we have to pay out of pocket. Any assistance would be so deeply appreciated. Natalie is anticipated to be starting Special Education in the fall where she will be able to receive some therapies through her school. We are doing our best to maintain her current therapies until then.
