Help the Birrell Family

On Wednesday, June 1st, Nathan Birrell was seriously injured in a workplace fire. He sustained 2nd and 3rd degree burns over 26% of his body, and was rushed to the Burn Unit at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, where he will be receiving treatment for the foreseeable future. Nathan has already undergone 2 major surgeries, with more in his future. He endures excruciating cleaning and re-bandaging of his wounds daily, and surgical grafting procedures weekly.

Nathan is determined to work hard to regain full use of his limbs, but this will take considerable time, during which time his wife and three young daughters will be without their main breadwinner. His wife Rebecca is doing all she can to provide support to Nathan and their sweet girls. It is unknown how long it will be until he can return to the workforce or in what capacity. Nathan is a hardworking man, a wonderful husband and an amazing dad who greatly misses his little ones as they are not allowed in the sterile ICU.

If you can find it in your heart to contribute to this sweet family who are still in shock over this tragic accident, they would be incredibly grateful. The funds will go to providing for the expenses of this young family to both help reduce the stress caused by this drastic change, and give them the ability to focus on working through this trial together.

They are truly grateful for all the support they have already received from family, friends and their community. Any financial support, no matter how small, would give Nathan one less thing to worry about as he puts all his effort into healing and recovering from this horrific accident.
