Nate Johnson ll is suffering from an heart conditions and is in dire need of a heart transplant. Nate is 20 yrs old young man with an lengthy medical history and his conditions are critical. One of Nate medical diagnosis is that he was born with three traits of down syndrome. Nate also has alot more going on with his health such as Thyroid issues as well.
