Nate Reed Dunphy - Gone Too Soon
Donation protected
There are no words to describe the immense pain our family is going through since receiving the devastating news of Nate's passing on December 1, 2024, while away at college - leaving behind a future that was full of promise at just 20 years old, far too soon for us to say goodbye.
Nate lived the best life possible; he suffered from physical abuse, neglect, abandonment, and mental health all by the age of 7, while living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), yet he found solace when Debbie opened her heart and home and adopted him. Despite our unwavering love and support, it wasn’t enough to shield him from the rejection and relentless bullying that continued into college.
Nate had a larger-than-life personality, boundless energy, and a huge heart. He cared deeply for others, treating everyone like a close friend from the moment they met, always eager to belong. Whether he was belting out songs on the radio, performing his own country love songs, or expressing himself through his raw rap lyrics, music was his happy place—a true reflection of his vibrant spirit. Even as we replay the memories of his infectious enthusiasm -“Hey, you wanna hear my new song?” - making us all long to hear him sing just one more time. We all love and miss you so much, Nate! xoxo
Please consider donating to help relieve the unexpected funeral expenses; no amount is too small and every contribution will make a difference. Any additional funds will be used for a singer/songwriter scholarship made in Nate’s honor. We kindly ask that you keep us in your prayers and help by sharing this message. We sincerely thank you for your kindness and generosity.
