Erik Conradson presented me with an idea.. to raise money to help out a fellow classmate, Nate Denofre. You see, Nate has overcome many, MANY obstacles in his life. His physical limitations have never been an excuse for laziness and he has wanted nothing more than to enjoy his life, the way he wants to, with little or no help from anyone. Preferably deep in the woods of our great UP. And you can't argue with that! But his body can't keep up with him anymore, and he has decided to make the most of his time before he is truly forced to slow down.
So we decided to help. We want to make sure he has the funds to take his epic last trip into the wilds of Michigan before he must begrudgingly let his poor body take a break. And we've started to spread the word... and the response has been overwhelming! Classmates, friends, family, and strangers have come together to make this reality. And we are so grateful!
Please help us build a travel fund for Nate.. anything you can give is truly appreciated. Nate is a great man, father, friend.. a true Yooper. Let's show him how much he deserves this one last great adventure.
