Nathan Hammon

On July 24th we lost Nathan unexpectedly to a rare blood clot in his brain. Nathan was only 29 years old. He has three beautiful daughters and a loving extended family. He was taken from us too soon and our family will never be the same.

On behalf of his family, I'm asking for help paying for funeral expenses and anything else the family may need during this difficult time.
