Nathan Hebert Medical Expenses

As many of you may already know, my brother Nathan was recently involved in a horrific motorcycle collision on Friday. I don't typically like to air my families personal information; however, this particular topic calls for help at a desperate time in his life. The first and foremost issue involving this, aside from his injuries, is the fact that he has no medical insurance.

To give you an idea of what the costs will look like, let me just give you details of the extent of his injuries. He has MULTIPLE facial fractures - his face took the brunt of the accident. His jaws were completely crushed together to the extent of them not being able to open his mouth. His nose is crushed in. He has multiple small brain bleeds. He has sternal and multiple rib fractures. His wrist and foot is fractured. He has a slightly amputated finger on the right. He has multiple lacerations. Internal bleeding with a tube inserted for draining. His spine is compressed. He is currently on the ventilator in ICU with several surgeries to be scheduled. He has several surgical consultants involved, including trauma, orthopedic, neuro, and plastic. His journey to recovery will be painful and long.

My family asked me to create this in hopes that we can help him pull through this awful time in his life. If you know anything about Nathan, he would give any one the shirt off of his back. He makes friends everywhere he goes and has genuinely loving heart. Every time I personally ever needed help with something in my life, he was at my beck and call. I am sure many of you have had the same experience with him.
