The National 3 Peaks Challenge
Donation protected
Eight guys. Three peaks. Twenty four hours!
This is the challenge a group of friends, from Love Caerphilly Family Church, have been training for over the last few months.
Some are doing it to stay fit, others because they love to trek - but all of us have decided that this is a great opportunity to raise some cash for an amazing charity that supports men and others with their mental health.
The work of Caerphilly Mind focuses on improving mental health and wellbeing for people across the Caerphilly Borough, offering a range of services designed to support adults living in the community.
No one should have to face a mental health problem alone. Mind Caerphilly is committed to providing advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
Our challenge this year is to take on the massive national three peaks challenge in just twenty-four hours. We will be climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - a total ascent of 3,064 metres (10,052 feet), a total walking distance of 23 miles and a total driving distance of 462 miles - all to raise money for this amazing charity!
Please get involved by following our journey, and helping us to raise as much money as we can!
