Students to the National Invention Convention
Donation protected
Hi, My name is Kristen Hamilton, and I created this fundraising opportunity to help several Hooksett students and families offset costs to participate in the National Invention Convention in Dearborn, MI. These students developed and created an original invention based on a problem they recognized in their daily lives. Each student or group of students competed at the local level at their schools in Hooksett and then moved on to the regional competition at UNH. At UNH, these inventors were recognized as top finishers in the Northeast region and were awarded an opportunity to compete in the Invention Convention national competition.
Costs to attend include student and accompanying adult registration, air travel, and lodging which are all assumed by the families of each inventor. This is a once in a lifetime experience for these students to further their learning and represent their community at the national level.
Any help would be graciously accepted. Thanks in advance for your consideration to help send these young inventors on.
