Levi Wood-NJHFR Rodeo Qualifier 2022

Aloha!

My name is Levi Wood and I’m seeking support to help fund my travels and participation in the 2022 National Junior High Finals Rodeo in Perry, Georgia.

On May 15th, 2022 at the Hawaii State Junior High Rodeo Finals in Maui, I competed in various rodeo events and achieved top awards that landed me the privilege to be a qualifier for the National Junior High Finals Rodeo event on the mainland June 19-25.  I realize that’s not a lot of time from knowing I’m a qualifier to going the National Rodeo and that’s why I need your help! 

I love to rodeo! I love the paniolo life! Riding horses, roping cattle, feeding the animals, checking fences, and just being outdoors is what I love to do.

I’m excited for the opportunity to represent HAWAII and take a shot at being a World Champion at this rodeo.  Besides my preparation to compete, I’m already getting lots of support from many close friends and family to help get me to Georgia.

I’m hoping to reach my goal for fundraising by June 11th with the support from all of you.

From Hawaii to Georgia and everything in between, the fundraising will go towards everything that will allow me to compete at this event.  This includes flight, lodging rental, horse rental, rodeo gear rental, ground transportation, food, and rodeo event fees.
