Depher CiC is now known and admired around the united Kingdom, even the world, we have assisted 20,000 families so far and this number is growing daily.

Our achievement is way beyond what we could have imagined and that is because of the support we receive from the public and supporters of our community initiative.

 

Depher was started in March 2017 after James Anderson stopped a elderly gentleman being conned out of £5,500 by a plumber, James rectified the issues and made sure the plumbing company came back to compensate the gentleman who was effected.

We have humbly received over 20 awards from around the world, this shows us that we are making a difference in many countries and also to many lives.

Next Year ( 2021 ) we are hoping to have a plumber in every town and every city, directly employed or a volunteer by Depher so we can deliver the life saving service to all the elderly and vulnerable members of your community, it will be the most talked about initiative to have ever started in the UK.

Because of your kindness we can now help thousands if not hundreds of thousands of elderly and disabled people in the UK.

With winter just around the corner and finances for the vulnerable decreasing, Depher is in the right position to take away the worry and the strain.

 

This means that lives can and will be saved in communities that would otherwise be forgotten.

 

We have companies and tradesmen offering their support and help from all areas in the country and in other parts of the world, this has truly woken up communities in every part of the planet. I am so grateful and humbled by every single person who is with us on this journey.

 

 

 

FUEL POVERTY IS NOT GOING TO DISAPPEAR ON ITS OWN AND NEITHER ARE THE DANGERS THAT THE ELDERLY OR DISABLED FACE WITH THE VERY HIGH COST OF REPAIRS TO THEIR HEATING OR PLUMBING.

Since the start of Depher CIC we have helped and saved over 19,000 elderly and disabled people from the torment of no heating or hot water, gas leaks, water leaks and the dangers of carbon monoxide within their homes.

We are now in the verge of coming into our 4th winter period, we know that the service will be needed even more if the winter becomes a cold and long one, with this in mind we have to act now so we have enough funds available to cope with the demand.

This helps with the cost of materials and the running costs of the initiative so we are and always will be available 24 hours a day, with your help we know that we can achieve this.

Most of the elderly and disabled can be stubborn when it comes to asking for help from friends and family, that is why we established Depher so they know that Depher is a company that is here and established for the purpose of taking away the worry of asking for help.

 

 

 

 

Some elderly and disabled people, even children are living in conditions that you would not believe exist, they choose this because they do not want to be a burden.

 

FOOD, CLOTHING, MEDICATION, ELECTRIC AND GAS.

 

This keeps them safe and independent, in their own homes and gives you and your family peace of mind, if an emergency does happen and you cannot reach them, then they can call us to get to them quickly to get the repair done and take away the dangers that they could face.

 

 

This gentleman was nearly scammed out of £6,000, we rescued him and gave him a free boiler, he was then nearly blackmailed for £1,000.

We acted and saved him from the rogue trader, like we have with hundreds more.

 

From December the 1st up to March 1st every year we will be running this initiative to help as many as we can. We have helped thousands of customers up to date that did not expect this and were shocked but happy at what was on offer, they thought it was a government scheme until it was explained.

WE ESTIMATE THAT THIS YEAR, 45,000 OR MORE VULNERABLE PEOPLE MAY LOSE THEIR LIFE DUE TO FUEL POVERTY AND COLD HOMES, THIS FIGURE IS A STARK REALITY TO THE HIDDEN ISSUES THAT THE ELDERLY, VULNERABLE AND DISABLED FACE EVERY DAY.
THEY FACE THESE HORRORS BECAUSE THEY BELEIVE THAT THEY ARE A BURDEN ON FAMILY AND THE COMMUNITY, SCARED TO SPEAK OUT AND ASK FOR HELP, THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE BULLIED OR TARNISHED AS A PROBLEM OR BEGGER.

DEPHER HAS REMOVED THESE PROBLEMS FOR SO MANY, PEOPLE WHO BELEIVE THAT HANGING THEMSELVES AT 84 YEARS OF AGE IS THE ANSWER, PEOLE WHO THINK TAKING HUNDREDS OF TABLETS WILL REMOVE THE ISSUES AND PAINS.

We are not a big multi national charity or a massive company with directors or executives, we are a small run business based in Burnley and we make a big difference to thousands of people and families.

Every penny that is raised is used for the vulnerable, this is so we can keep them safe, warm and alive.

 

I love Depher with a passion and I love the elderly and disabled people who we help when they need us the most, I am not a hero or a champion in fact I am just a normal guy who is a plumbing and heating engineer and I believe that I can and will make a big difference to thousands of families by giving them what I think they deserve.

Many of times have I attended homes were tears have turned to laughter and a worry to a smile, this alone is worth all the gifts and jewels in the world.
