Nations & Regions take on Ben Nevis

For our step challenge this year, the Nations & Regions are getting HIGH!

We're going to be climbing Ben Nevis, the highest point in the British Isles, in October to raise money for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably). We know things are hard at the moment, but any donation, however small, would really help and be appreciated.

CALM currently spends 80% of its expenditure on delivering our services: that’s answering calls and webchats on our helpline, working with communities across the country; and campaigning for better awareness and understanding of suicide and its devastating impact. Everything else is spent on keeping the charity running and fundraising to ensure we can help the hundreds of thousands of people who need our support every year.

Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. CALM’s here to change that, through our life-saving helpline, by provoking national conversation, and by bringing people together to reject living miserably.
