Hello! We are starting this fundraiser today in hopes we can save up enough funds to get our Dog, Eva the Surgery she needs to remove a possible cancerous tumor.
Eva is a 7-8 year old Beagle/Labrador/Yorkshire terrier mix. She's a sweet doggo and just loves everything about life. Specially those belly rubs and Ear scratches.
Below shows Eva in all her Glory and even a image of her abelly where the mass is growing in her breasts. It's a little hard to see but the mass is there and roughly it's about 2 inches right now.
The Quote given was estimated to be 1,500 for complete removal of the right side Mamalry glands and tumor, full fixing, bloodwork, tests and X-rays. The Quote also includes the fact she needs prior testing to ensure she is healthy enough to go through with surgery and will come out of it. That Includes the bloodwork tests, and. Chest x-rays to ensure her lungs are clean and no tumors have spread there. I'm led to believe if they have reached her lungs she will not have long...
The chance of it being cancer was 50/50 but is now much higher due to the fact Eva is unspayed and around the age of 7-8 with prior health issues.
If we are extremely lucky the surgery and tests will show it's benign and she can simply only get one side removed and leave the other. However if it turns out to be cancer she will need a second surgery to remove the complete other side of her mamalry glands on top of yearly screenings to make sure it does not come back.
Any little bit will help us hopefully get the surgery she needs. We are thankful for any prayers given as well in Hopes that it is not cancer and for the process to go smoothly.
