Navy Lieutenant

If you know me you know that horses are my entire life. Navy Lieutenant is a homebred of ours, who provided for my family. A few years ago we had made the decision to give him to a family with a girl who wanted a riding horse. We were promised that he would get the best care and he would never end up in a kill pen. Well due to unfortunate circumstances that is where he has ended up. I am in the process of lining up shipping, quarantine, bonds, and securing him a permanent residence. Unfortunately this is a huge undertaking and you are able to help I would greatly appreciate it.
