Navy Veteran has extraordinary medical bills
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Melissa, and I am raising money to assist my friend John Tilli with his outstanding medical bills and living expenses.
John works hard to maintain (sweep-clean-keep safe) a busy parking lot at a bank in Studio City, CA. John has worked there for eight years. Unfortunately, he only earns minimum wage. Nevertheless, his dedication to his job and assistance to customers and employees at the bank makes him loved by all working there. That is where I met him over six years ago. He always greeted us with a smile and held the door for us, which prompted me to want to get to know him better. We learned he is a Navy Veteran, having served over three years on active duty and five years in the reserves.
On July 13, 2022, out of nowhere, he suffered a cardiac arrest at a gym. He was gone. Luckily for him, he was around other people, including nurses who were there working out and who performed CPR and used a defibrillator to save him. He was subsequently unconscious for two days and was hospitalized for over two weeks.
Unfortunately for John, he does not earn enough money to pay his monthly expenses, let alone the extraordinary medical bills he has incurred. Moreover, due to his condition, he is presently unable to work.
PLEASE help me help him. Kindly donate what you can to John, who gave to his country and could use a collective safety net now. Even small contributions will help him pay his newly incurred medical bills and living expenses while he is disabled.
