Disabled Navy Veteran losing home.

I'm a Disabled Veteran with  Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia (POTS), Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradicular Neuropathy, Autonomic Neuropathy, Degenerative and Gouty Arthritis, and BPH.

Although I was forced off ACTIVE DUTY in 2006 because of these diseases;  I wasn't diagnosed until  Hospitalization in April, 2015. The Veterans Administration claims I didn't have these diseases on Active Duty! I had every one of the symptoms of these diseases when I was on Active Duty but; my doctors didn't care to evaluate these diseases in 2005 when I began my Separation Physical. All of these symptoms are in my Milatary Medical Record and most importantly, they are documented on my discharge physical by Captain Brady.

I was forced off Active Duty inJanuary, 2006 while working in the White House Situation Room. I was serving in the Executive Office of The President as the
Non-Commissioned Officer-In-Charge of the Situation Room. I was serving as a Communications Officer standing for 12+ hours a day while working for Dr. Condoleezza Rice, Stehphen J. Hadley (Special Assitants to the President for National Security Affairs) and the entire National Security Council, Homeland Security Council (Fran Townsend), The President of the United States, Vice President and both of their staffs. I was on Fore Arm Crutches at that time!

In short, I was forced off ACTIVE DUTY into retirement because my health would not allow me to stand watch in the West Wing for 12+ hours a day operating multiple communications devices and a variety of Video Teleconferencing Systems in 2005. The Veterans Administration continues to ignore my situation and refuses to acknowledge my deteriorating health to this day.

My health hit rock bottom in 2012 while working on a large Navy Contract for the Ocean Engineering Program at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL). Although I had Tricare Milatary Health Insurance and healthcare provided by Johns Hopkins Medicine; doctors at Johns Hopkins Medicine also sat on their hands as my health failed. I was forced out of my job because they realized they needed a way to avoid the liability of Short and Long Term Disability Benefits. Imagine that.

My requests for disability insurance through Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) and CIGNA Disability Group Solutions fell on deaf ears because Johns Hopkins Medicine refused diagnose and name these diseases. Johns Hopkins Doctors refused to provide quality health care and NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED my disabling diseases-fraud by any definition. 

The VA and the Social Security Administration have also denied benefits. My final Appeal to the Social Security Administration was denied last week.

So, in summary; Johns Hopkins APL, Johns Hopkins Medicine, and CIGNA Disability Group Solutions successfully defrauded me of Short and Long Term Disability Insurance after my health finally hit rock bottom in 2013.

My supervisors at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory were keenly aware my health was failing so, they began to assign highly classified engineering duties that I didn't match my job description. They basically forced me out of my job while my doctors at Johns Hopkins Medicine sat on their hands.

In closing, Bank of America has finally offered us an opportunity to refinance but, we must catch up our escrow account. Bank of America has been paying our taxes, insurance, and all of the administrative expenses while they pursued Foreclosure.

Do you think I should expose the type of work that goes on at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory? My chain of command at John Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory is betting I will not divulge the mission,  funding, or methods on the large Navy contract I was working on when they forced me out of my job. Since my health isn't getting any better and it looks like we are going to have a difficult time qualifying for a home loan modification, I am open to discussing my situation with any major media outlet ASAP.  I no longer feel I owe my commitment to confidentiality or allegiance to this government, the deep state, or the criminal contractors at Johns Hopkins University or Johns Hopkins Medicine.
I may have to go to jail to provide for my family for speaking to the media but, I have no options left.
