Nayderson's Education Dream

Hi, my name is Nayderson.  I am 13 years old.  I live in Massachusetts now but I was born in Haiti.  I was adopted when I was 4.  I have worked really hard since I became a part of my new family and they have always given me every opportunity when it comes to education and when it comes to following my passion which is the Visual Arts.  Next year I will be going to High School and my top choice is to go to The Putney School in Vermont.  Putney is the place for me where I can contribute to the environment to be my best self.  I can pursue art and will be given the chance to learn in an environment that will celebrate and contribute to all of my interests. Based on my observations from visiting, it seems like an extraodinary place . The school was generous enough to provide me with a great scholarship for which I am really grateful.  My parents are able to give me another $15,000 each year but, I am left with about $10,000 per year that I need to raise so I can go to Putney.  I would like to raise $40,000 total which I will use a portion of each year toward my education. If I am lucky enough to raise more than $40,000 I will donate it to another student who is looking for a similar opportunity - to go to the school of their dreams. I would be so thankful to anyone who can help me achieve my goal.
