Hello. My name is Jeremy.I'm a hard-working husband & a father of 4. I'm also a renal failure patient. Over the last 30 days or so my health has deteriorated rapidly. My doctors are telling me I need to concentrate on getting my transplant right away. Contrary to belief, pre-existing conditions due matter to insurance companies. I was hoping to have more time to get additional funds needed. It isn't easy for me to admit I need help, but I want to be there for my family. I want to watch my sons grow to be strong young men & I want to walk my daughters down the aisle at their weddings. I do need help. I want to thank any & all who are able to help in any way.
