Mom needs surgery.

I am a hard working, prideful, mother of 3. Asking for help is very difficult for me, but I genuinely could use a little back up.  Back in March I started having severe pain, I had to be taken to Holy Family hospital where they treated the pain and gave me a referral to see a OBGYN. I went to see Dr. Richardson on May 6th.  after running tests and doing exams he concluded that I needed to have my uterus removed.  He explained that the recovery process would take about 6 weeks, so I  started working out a game plan thinking...OK so my insurance will cover the surgery, and I'll get a second job work for 2-3 months to save up to pay the bills while I am recovering. Then on May 7th I get a call from the obgyn's office wanting to go over pre op instructions for the next Wednesday. I told her there was no possible way for me to have surgery in 1 week, as I am a single mom, and I can't afford the time off just yet.  I then got a call from Dr. Richardson stressing how important it is that I get the surgery immediately to avoid further damage, and that the pain will just get worse until I get it done.  He was right......I've been working 2 jobs 14 hrs a day and the pain is getting much worse, and as much as I don't like asking for help I don't think I can do it alone.
The money I'm asking for is just help to cover Rent, W/S/G, Electricity, and food for me and my children while I am recovering.
The sooner I get the surgery done the sooner I can get back to feeling like a normal person/mom again.
