Helping The Guzman Family

Hello Folks, I'm Michelle Stafford and I am raising money to help my dear friends Cecille and Austin. Austin goes to school with my son Jameson. He is one of Jameson's best friends. Marco, Austin's dad, Cecille's husband, unexpectantly passed away a couple weeks ago. Marco and Cecille are nurses and worked during the lockdown and the entirety of the pandemic. Everyday Marco and Cecille were saving the lives of others and putting their own at risk. Marco was the kindest, warmest man you would ever meet. Always helping out at the school and was at every sports event for his son. Was always smiling and just amazing to be around. Austin (Marco's son) is a brilliant student. Now Cecille is met with the challenge of being the sole financial source in the family while she juggles with her own loss and continues to work and help others as a nurse and raise her son alone. The Guzman family is one of those families that is always there for others and asks for nothing in return. I wanted to be there for Cecille this time (as she and Marco helped so many others these last 3 years) with the funeral services and her son's tuition until she can adjust to being the sole money earner and sole parent to this remarkable boy Austin and adjust to her new life without Marco... who was light and joy personafied.
