Help us get back on our feet

My name is Alisha. My father died of a sudden heart attack and he didn't have life insurance. My mother and I were left with tons of medical bills and that burial/funeral/headstone bill of around 20,000. Tons of late payments on my credit report  resulted for all my student loans. My credit score is so bad (ONLY from student loans) that I am not able to get a mortgage or rent.  I do have a job, it is low paying. Because I stutter severely, I am not able to quickly advance in my career (I do paperwork) but I am working on my speech to hopefully improve enough to be able to perform a higher paying job that involves talking to clients and handling phone calls. I am the mother of a 8 year old, I am divorced and my mother and I live together. I have full custody of my daughter, as her father is not in the picture due to circumstances.  With this money, we could easily pay off all remaining debt, clean up my credit report, and get safe housing.
