Family Vehicle

Today someone stole my Family vehicle. 

This morning I woke up and looked outside. There sat my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. I did my normal routine and went to go to the store. When I stepped outside, my van was gone. I filed a police report and called the insurance company. police said they would keep an eye out, and the insurance said they couldn't help because the vehicle was in the storage insurance category. 

I have 3 children that depend on me and without a vehicle to get around I am able to fully do my fatherly duties. 

I am asking for any help at all. I looked on craigslist and facebook marketplace to see if there were any cheap running vehicles but failed.
