Help

Please help- over the weekend my niece was rushed to Boston hospital to have emergency brain surgery they have found a mass on her brain that is cancerous and have to undergo chemo  My parents have custody of both  my sisters kids and are in dire need of help. They now have to travel to and from Boston and my father is taking time off of work to be with her and my mom is staying with her they will need help with food and gas ect. Anything will help it will be a long road head and they can use any help they can get.
