Hi, my name is Matthew. I am starting this in the name of my foster brother Kevin Cagle who was killed over the past week. Kevin has been with my family since his birth as his mother was also lived with my family for 20+ years. Kevin loved hanging out with his friends and his birth sister Kyra. At 19 he didn't deserve to have his life cut short. My parents have very little in savings for such event and at 19 possessed no life insurance policy himself.
