As one of the most brilliant sunsets lit the skies over the Espanola Valley, our beloved friend Angel took her final breath.
Angel was a shining light on our lives. She was an amazing, daughter, niece, cousin, nina, friend, and coach to so many. Her adventurous spirit and zest for life was inspiring. Angel was a truly amazing person always giving through her kindness and compassion. She had warm heart and a genuine love for others that made a lasting impact on everyone she knew.
Angel and her mom, Annabelle, were inseparable. Through thick and thin, they stood by each other’s side, creating unforgettable memories and unwavering support. Annabelle was, and always will be Angel’s #1 fan.
To her family, Angel was everything. She was the little cousin, but she was there for everyone, always giving the best advice. She had an incredible gift for bringing people together. The family will never be complete without her presence. She filled everyone’s lives with love and happiness.
As a coach, Angel’s passion and dedication led to greatness in her athletes, both on and off the field. Under her guidance, countless athletes discovered their potential and deepened their love of the game.
As a friend, Angel was generous, compassionate, and selfless, always ready to show up whenever she was needed. She was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back. She could make a friend anywhere, and always had the right words. Angel had so many friends from so many places, and knew how to make every moment memorable.
