Medical Leave

Hi, my name is Mark. A Navy Veteran. I’m fundraising because I am going to have surgery to replace a bad heart valve soon and I will have approximately 3 months off of work to recover and right now I have no way to pay all my monthly bills while out of work recovering from surgery.
