Necesito angeles para sobrevivir

Soy Jahaira Martínez y en este día estoy en busca angeles para ayudar a mi hermano Franklin que desde hace dos años debido a una negligencia médica en una cirugía quedó con una lesión atrofia cerebral severa y día a día se nos dificulta poder mantenerlo  estable por la cantidad de medicinas y otros gastos que requiere por su estado.
